Bongo Bongo Dip

Ingredients:


  • 10 oz of Chopped Spinch

  • 8 oz of Cream cheese (soft)

  • 1 can of water chestnuts( drained and chopped)

  • 16 oz of sour cream

  • 1 package of ranch dressing mix

  • 8 oz of shredded olby Monterrey jack cheese

Instuctions:


  • Preheat Oven to 350

  • Beat Sour Cream and Cream Cheese together

  • Add all other ingredients except cheese

  • Hand stir the ingredients with spoon not mixture

  • Spread into baking dish

  • Sprinkle cheese on top

  • bake for 30 mins or until the cheese is bubbly
