- 2 POUNDS OF FRESH MUSHROOMS -2 CLOVES OF SLICED GARLIC  -OLIVE OIL - PARSLEY - A FEW HOT RED PEPPER FLAKES WASH MUSHROOMS AND CUT INTO QUARTERS. PLACE INTO FRYING PAN WITH HEAT ON HIGH. ADD ENOUGH OIL TO COVER THE MUSHROOMS. ADD GARLIC AND COVER PAN. LET COOK UNTIL STEAM ESCAPES, THEN TAKE COVER OFF ADD PARSLEY AND HOT PEPPER FLAKES, THEN STIR UNTIL TENDER. XOXO, LIVY& CLEARS
