this salad is so delicious and easy! you will need...

For the Salad

- Baby Arugula

- grape tomatoes

- A couple of slices of Rainbow Beets

- a few crumbles of Goat Cheese

For the Dressing

- Olive Oil

- Salt & Pepper

- Dijon Mustard

Mix it all and enjoy it!
