Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts
2/3 Cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
A Few Capers (for flavor)
3 Eggs
1/2 of a Lemon Juice
A Couple of Basil Leaves
1/2 tsp. of Salt
1/2 tsp. of Pepper
Directions- First, set up an assembly line, eggs first then the crumbs. Take basil, salt, and pepper and pulse that in a food processor.Take your chicken, and juice half of your half of lemon onto them. Then, start the assembly line (You can pass through it twice if you need to.) After that, place your chicken into a frying pan with butter or oil on medium heat (be careful you can get hurt if hot oil touches your skin) or, in an air fryer. Put your capers on top after letting the breasts cook and rest. Enjoy!
