We both love to work out! We love to bike and run, when quarantined you don't have many options or so you thought here are some fun and easy ways to exercise.
1) Peloton.....This stationary bike is a great way to burn off energy. https://www.onepeloton.com/
2) Run...... Do a 1 mile lap around the neighborhood and run a little on the treadmill. From 0.1 miles to 100. Running is a great exercise! I love running!
3) Core...... I like to do 10 Sit ups and 15 push ups. There are many classes for core. I would give core a try if you aren't a fan of cardio or you are sore from a previous workout!
4) Barre......I had never heard of Barre class but recently me and my mom did a zoom barre class. It was so fun! There are many studios out there but Rise is great! I loved doing all those fun exercises. I really loved the instruster and the exercises I was doing. I did this class with my mom and I had so much fun! They also have on demand classes. So you don't have to do it live. You should go and check it out!
