What better time than summer (especially this summer) to set goals. Challenge yourself! We set mostly academic goals, but you can set all kinds of goals. You can set goals for sports (like getting a faster mile time), learning a new language, or try reaching out to some friends you haven't talked to in awhile. For example we took a 1hr class on writing but it made us feel so much better for the whole day. Little things like that can lead to so many good things. If you just try and make your bed everyday, you should feel a whole lot better.
