Hi! Today I get to be a guest blogger. I am so excited, and couldn't be happier to blog with two of my favorite people, Livy and Clears. I hope you are all having a great summer, but at times I am sure you feel like you are surrounded by your family. All. the. time. This year, more than ever, we are staying at home and sticking close together (for better or worse).
So how do we remember to enjoy the good times and not stress about the bad (because we all know there will be some bad)?
Rely on your friends-even if they seem miles away; reach out. Ask to chat. Be honest and say you are having a tough day. Find a friend to take a walk with, endorphins and friends solve everything!
Take time for you-away from screens and away from people. Try a meditation app, writing in a journal, dance to music (tik-tok not included), or read a book. It is so important to take some time to think about yourself. It really does fill the cup!
Stay healthy-I know we hear this all the time but if you don't feel good you can't be good to others. Exercise, sleep and eat healthy. If you feel good, you do good, and you don't sweat the small stuff(and there is so much small stuff!)
