Hi! Livy and Clears here! Today we are going to talk about some ways to make yourself happier. Happiness is that feeling that comes over you when you know life is good and you can't help but smile. It's the opposite of sadness. Sometimes it can be hard to be happy so here are some ways to be happy.
Be active. In your body, there are these things called endorphins. When you exercise your body releases endorphins. When your endorphins are moving you are happier.
Sleep better. The more rested you are the happier you are. When you sleep better you also are proven to be less sensitive.
Be around people who make you happy. There are so many people in this world who love you. Some of them you make take for granted. Especially in times like these reach out to people who make you happy.
Go Outside. Vitam D makes you happier! So go for a walk around the block! Trust me you won't regret it.
